Frequent Team Training
We inform with our employee with the current update plan and strategies to enhance support for our participants. Team is encouraged to discuss complex
issues and talk through ideas and solutions.
Certificate IV in Disability
Manaia value all employee, we offer Certificate IV in Disability to all our employee for a free of charge. Personal one on one training to support you passing
the course are also available.
Company Induction Training
Induction ensures that new employees are initiated in the expectations, performance, and culture of Mania Assist. The induction process increases
employee retention by helping new employee understand their role and how it fits into the company
Online Training
Manaia offers wild rage of online training to all employees. Once you begin your journey with Manaia, we guarantee you will grow with us through
experience. Also, qualified, and skilled to work with full confident.

Location: Campsie, Marrickville, Liverpool, Ryde, and Abbotsford
Requirement:
- Certificate III or IV in Mental Health or Disability Work, or relevant experience. However, we are happy to assist the right candidate in completing Certificate III and IV in Disability
- Must have a valid First Aid Certificate
- Must have a NSW Drivers License
- Must have a reliable car with Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Must have a Working with Childrens Check (WWC)
- Must have a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Must have a valid NSW Police Check
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completed Infection Control
