This month our amazing team took part in P.A.R.T (Predict, Assess & Respond To aggressive/challenging behaviour), diving deep into how to safely and calmly manage aggressive or challenging behaviours.
It wasn’t just informative, it was interactive, eye-opening, and full of laughs!
